We are hiring an e-commerce manager

We are hiring for a new position on our e-commerce team. The Camera Store’s e-commerce manager is responsible for day-to-day management of all online activities and will be the lead for our online sales and development team. The focus of this position is to maximize business profitability, improve conversion rates, increase return visits, optimizing average order sizes and to create an overall great experience for our online customers on our CMS platform.

Duties:  
Managing our websales and online content development team
Overseeing the analysis, tracking and reporting of e-commerce performance stats
Working with digital marketing and content creation tools for the implementation and creation of rich content pages.
Managing third party resources and e-commerce functions including fraud prevention, SEO, content updates etc.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce (strategy, execution, analysis)
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
Strong background in performance analytics, tracking web traffic and CRM management
Experience working with e-commerce platforms, SEO tools, and Google Analytics
Education in related field is an asset
A passion for photography is also an asset
