Big Changes for TCSTV

  By tcs_admin

Since 2009 The Camera Store TV hosts Chris Niccolls and Jordan Drake developed one of the most popular Canadian based (and one of the top photographic product review) Youtube channels. They are moving on from TCSTV to DPReview, and we are proud of them and know that they will do a great job. We are also excited to say that The Camera Store TV will continue with new hosts Dave Paul and Evelyn Drake along with appearances from staff and local photographers.

Dave and Ev will help you stay on top of what’s new and will give you guidance to make sure you have the techniques and gear to help you with your photography. Although they still plan to create gear reviews and tutorials in classic TCSTV fashion, they will add a new flavour and perspective to the channel.

New TCSTV videos will start to roll out May 2018 with weekly video updates, live content, collaborations and more.

To ensure that they were prepared to take on the internet, they were put through strenuous YouTube training by their predecessors. Click here to watch the video.

About Our TCSTV Hosts

Dave Paul
Dave has been involved in many aspects of the photo business, at one time owning a mini-lab and a custom framing shop and for many years selling the latest in photographic gear here at The Camera Store. Currently, he is the official photographer for two organizations in the fitness world, SAF, and the IDFA. Freelancing for years at a variety of events including various sports,  award ceremonies, and corporate events, Dave is well rounded in his knowledge and skill set and always seems to be having fun!

Evelyn Drake
Evelyn has been obsessed with photography since she was a kid. She started working in the photo retail business in 2004 developing and printing images in a small photography lab. In 2007 she joined The Camera Store sales team and quickly started writing blog posts, planning events and running our social media channels. Today she is the Marketing and Programming Director for The Camera Store with a passion for helping people find the gear and techniques to get the picture and tell the story. She is also a proud momma and enjoys going on adventures with her little Drake clan.
