Panasonic just announced two new GH series cameras adding to the Lumix micro-four-thirds line-up. The legendary GH5 has been praised by videographers and content creators as being one of the best hand-held video options on the market. The upgraded GH5 II features a new processor for improved performance, enhanced video capture options, and is now capable of wireless live streaming using the LUMIX Sync application for smartphones. The GH6 development announcement unveiled a few exciting details about the upcoming flagship model as well.

  • New Wireless Live streaming options(Full HD)
  • New recording options including:
    • UHD or DCI 4K 10-bit 4:2:0 capture at up to 60p (no crop)
    • UHD or DCI 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 capture at up to 30p (no crop)
  • Up to 6.5 stops of image stabilization
  • Pre-Installed V-Log L included
  • Improved AF with face/eye/body detection
  • USB-C power and charging options

  • 10-bit 4:2:2 DCI 4K/60p video capture
