The Hasselblad Masters, one of the world’s most prestigious professional photographic competitions, is now open for its 2021 submissions! Open for both acclaimed professionals, as well as aspiring newcomers, this is your chance to make your mark in the world of photography.
The Hasselblad Masters is open for submissions now until July 31st, 2021. There are 12 categories to choose from. Each entry must consist of three photos per category that you wish to enter and you’re allowed to enter as many categories as you like! Your three images per category will be judged collectively.
Don’t have a Hasselblad? Don’t worry, a Hasselblad camera is not required to enter the competition. Submissions can be made using any camera brand.
There is also a new category this year! To commemorate the history captured by Hasselblad cameras, alongside Hasselblad’s 80th anniversary, there is now the Heritage Category!
Now, we can’t forget the prizes! Every Hasselblad Masters winner will earn the title of “Hasselblad Master”. They will also receive a Hasselblad medium format mirrorless camera! As well, winners will shoot for a collaborative project with Hasselblad. This project is then published in the commemorative Hasselblad Masters book as well as digitally on all Hasselblad channels!
